Saul Cornell ist der Autor von A Well-Regulated Militia: The Founding Fathers and the Origins of Gun Control in America und einer der landesweit führenden Verfassungshistoriker, der sich auf das frühe amerikanische Rechtsdenken spezialisiert hat.
