Geboren: March 09, 1984 – Austin, Texas, United States
Mark Manson is an American author and blogger whose work focuses on personal development, relationships, and modern meaning-making. He is best known for The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck, along with Everything Is F*cked and Models; his books have sold millions of copies worldwide and been translated broadly.
Mark Manson grew up in Austin, Texas, and his route into authorship was not a conventional literary one. Before he became known for blunt, research-informed advice, he has described himself as a failed musician who moved to Boston for college, earned a degree in International Relations and Business from Boston University in 2007, and briefly tried working at an investment bank before quitting. Soon afterward he began building an online business and the earliest version of his blog, and from 2009 he spent roughly seven years living and working around the world. That period of travel, self-examination, and internet entrepreneurship helped shape the unsentimental, conversational style that later became his signature. ((https://markmanson.medium.com/about))
